Do you take PayPal?
We do not take PayPal, but if you would like to pay online or by phone via your checking account, we can process your payment via eCheck. For more information, give us a call toll free at 1-866-400-ICON.

What sort of deposit is required?
We require a deposit in the amount of 100% of your estimated total, not including overrun or shipping.

When is the balance due?
One week before the estimated ship date, we will charge your credit card or bank account for the remaining balance including estimated shipping and overrun.

What if there is an under-run on my order?
If there is an under-run ICON will credit back your credit card or bank account in the appropriate dollar amount within two business days.

What is the payment policy on rush turns?
Because of the quick turntime, rush turns are billed for the full amount plus estimated shipping and overrun at the beginning of the job. If there is an under-run on your rush turn order, ICON will credit back your credit card or bank account in the appropriate dollar amount within two business days.

Will there be sales tax on my final bill?
Any orders being picked up from ICON, or shipped within New York State will be charged New York State Sales Tax. Out-of-state orders are not charged sales tax.

I am reselling these CDs or DVDs and I live in New York State, will I still be charged sales tax?
Upon receipt of a valid New York State resale certificate, ICON can remove the sales tax from your invoice. For more information on resale certificates, contact the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance http://www.tax.state.ny.us/.
