What is your standard turn time on CDs and DVDs?
Our standard turntime is around 3 weeks from approval of PDF proofs. Proofs are generally e-mailed within 1-2 days of receipt of order and workable art files. ICON makes absolutely every effort to complete our standard turntime jobs as quickly as possible. If you require your job to arrive on a specific date, we strongly recommend upgrading your order to a rush turn, which guarantees product shipment within 5-7 business days from approval of PDF proofs.

What do you get when upgrading to rush turntime?
The rush turn begins in our art department at the top of the queue. This generally cuts art department turntime down to same day. From there, we e-mail proofs – and follow them up with a call, to expedite approval. Once approved, we guarantee shipment of your product within 5-7 business days or the rush fee plus 20% is credited. The rush turn also allows us to change shipping instructions on the order as late as the morning of shipment. We cannot manufacture stapled booklets, Digipaks, or jackets on a rush turntime. Rush turntime are subject to availability and capacity. Please call for availability and prices.

Should I get my art files to you before the master if I want my job be completed more quickly?
Yes you should. Supplying a completed order form, payment, and artwork prior to supplying a CD or DVD master will often shorten turntime. Technically, turntime will begin from receipt of your last component, but getting through the proofing stage and beginning print can only help.

Can you run 100 units and ship those early?
