There are many different types of shopping carts that one can implement. The best choice depends on your specific goals. We'd be happy to discuss the details with you and recommend an option.

What kind of support do you offer after the store is complete?
You will be able to review, tweak, and approve your project before it is launched to the public. In cases where you have basic questions or need instructions on how to use something we provide that support free of additional charge. Once a project is complete, approved, and launched any further requests for complex support or changes would be treated as separate from the original project with their own estimated timelines and costs. In general, we handle change requests and support requests at a low hourly rate.

What if I don't like it, are there rounds of revisions? How does that work?
Any web or shopping cart project will go through a design phase where you review, revise, and approve a visual look and also document and approve specifications for how the final project will function. You may revise these details up to 5 times at no additional cost. Once you approve an official screenshot and spec those elements are set in stone and additional changes would be treated as change requests with their own estimated timelines and costs.
