We're around from 8:30AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday, Eastern Time.
Some people don't like paperwork. That's why at ICON, we do phone
orders, too. The process usually takes about 15 minutes. We begin by
getting all of your contact information, and then move on through the
rest of your order.
Once complete, we either fax, e-mail, or postal mail your completed paperwork too you. There are a few places that need your signature. Once you sign everything, you can either fax us the paperwork back, or send it in with your audio master. Once that's squared away and we have your materials, we can begin on your order.
When you call to place your order, it's helpful to have the following things handy:
- the exact specifications of the artwork
- a track listing
- complete shipping information
- complete contact information
- your credit card or checkbook
